Calendar:

4/24/05: First organizational meeting will be held to create leadership teams to plan the first two events and to get the word out to the media and the local community. (Time and location to be announced by 4/16/05)

By 5/7/05: First two events will be planned. Media coverage will be secured, and flyers will be distributed to 20+ locations.

By 6/6/05: First two events will be completed, with over 100 people participating, and a structure will be in place to ensure continued evolution of the project.
